Website information and prices
Website descriptions, itineraries, photographs, availability, and starting prices are provided for general information. Starting prices depend on the package, group size, date, hotel choice, route, and availability. A website listing is not a confirmed reservation or a final quote. We may update website content when services or prices change.
Quotes and booking confirmation
An enquiry or WhatsApp conversation does not by itself confirm a booking. Before you pay, ask for a written confirmation stating the agreed dates, travellers, itinerary, pickup/drop-off details, accommodation and room basis where relevant, price and currency, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule, and the applicable cancellation or change terms. A booking is treated as confirmed only after Lombok Xplore has sent written confirmation and the stated acceptance/payment steps have been completed.
The trip-specific confirmation and the Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy form part of the arrangements for that booking. If a trip-specific written confirmation sets a detail differently from the general website description, the trip-specific confirmation controls that detail, subject to applicable law.
Itinerary, weather, and operating conditions
Routes and stop order may need to change because of weather, sea state, tides, road conditions, traffic, port operations, local closures, or safety advice. Some locations, such as sandbars, are tide-dependent. A route described as a sightseeing drive is not a mountain summit trek unless the written trip confirmation expressly says otherwise. We will communicate material changes and discuss a suitable alternative when reasonably possible.
Traveller responsibilities
- Provide accurate travel dates, group size, pickup details, and information needed to arrange the trip.
- Check that passports, visas, travel documents, and personal arrangements are suitable for your journey.
- Follow safety instructions from your guide, driver, boat crew, accommodation, and other service providers.
- Tell us before confirmation about relevant mobility, dietary, or other practical needs so we can explain what can be accommodated. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
- Respect local communities, cultural sites, wildlife, and the environment.
Third-party services
A trip may include services provided by independent hotels, boat operators, guides, drivers, attractions, or other suppliers. We will identify relevant inclusions in the trip confirmation. Supplier availability and operating rules may apply to those services; please review any terms supplied to you before confirming.
Changes, cancellations, and payments
Payment instructions, due dates, deposit requirements, and the cancellation or refund terms applicable to a particular booking must be provided in writing before payment. If any payment or cancellation term is unclear, ask us to clarify it before paying.
