Sasak & Mandalika

Meet local makers at Sukarara, see the traditional village of Sade, stop for a local lunch, then follow the southern coast to Kuta Mandalika, Bukit Seger and Tanjung Aan or Bukit Merese. A good choice for culture and scenery in one day.

Gili Trawangan & Gili Meno

Travel to the northern harbour, take a boat to snorkelling spots around Gili Meno and Trawangan, then enjoy free time on the island. Underwater statues, reefs and marine life are highlights; bike or horse-cart rides on Trawangan are optional.

Pink Beach, Gili Petelu & Sand Island

From Tanjung Luar, visit the reefs around Gili Gambir and Gili Petelu, pause for a seafood picnic by Pink Beach, and take in Bukit Tangsi and a second pink-sand bay. The sandbar is tide dependent and the boat route can change with sea conditions.

Gili Nanggu, Tangkong & Kedis

Set out from Tawun for snorkelling at Gili Nanggu, a picnic stop on Gili Tangkong and a quiet break at tiny Gili Kedis. This southern-island route is a relaxed option for clear water and short beach stops.

Sembalun Highlands

Head inland to the Rinjani foothills for Pusuk Sembalun, the patchwork view from Bukit Selong, a local lunch stop, flower gardens and a strawberry farm. The cooler highland air makes this a very different Lombok day.

Senaru & Lombok Waterfalls

Walk forest paths near Mount Rinjani to Sindang Gile and Tiu Kelep, or ask about the Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu route. Expect uneven paths and steps; comfortable footwear and time for a relaxed pace are recommended.
